Pitch Shifting BUT Preserving Duration?

Pitch Shifting BUT Preserving Duration?

Is there a way to do this. So If I fit a loop sample into a beat I have made, the timing will always be on, but I'll be able to change it up with the pitch.
Do I need to re-word that shhit?

Change the pitch how u want then Timestretch it back to how long you want. 2 features combined, it's not just one feature.
