Naming MIDI tracks as default.....

Hi.

I have my korg pluggin into port 1 (channels1-16) and my computer plugged into port 2 (so i can sequence some computers sounds. Is there anyway to name the tracks as default eg port 1, channels 1-16 i want to name korg 1, korg 2 and port 2, i want to name comp1, comp2.

Does anyone have any advice?

yep, set up the blank Sequence01, names all your tracks, for midi outs and shit, then SAVE the .all file into the root directory of your mpc's primary storage device. When you power up the MPC will auto load this everytime, this is handy as you will be using the same channel format for every project, so you have a standard working practise.

do i just save it as Sequence01? or do i have to name it something specific?

Also, is there anyway to name the tracks quickly? It would be great if they defaulted to the name of the program or midi channel that was being used?
