Zip Disks - Mac or PC???

Ive unintentionally used both mac and pc zip disks (250) to save files from the mpc. but is there a difference between the two? is one superior to the other in any way?

oh yeah I was also wondering which is better to use when saving from an 8 track? (i have a roland vs-880)

There's no differerence except one is formated in PC format, the other in MAC. Once formatted in your MPC, they are identical
