How do i install and operating system or OS using my MPc when all i have is a zip drive and not a computer with a zip drive...?

If your mpc can only read from zips and nothing else and you don't have a zip drive for your pc, you don't...simple as that.

Possible sollutions: borrow a friends floppy drive if your pc has a floppy or get a card reader.

I don't know if Kinko's still have PCs with Zip drives attached/installed, but if they do, go to a Kinko's and make the Zip disk you need. Or buy a Zip drive for your PC. They are cheap, especially if you go internal.
