Absolute newbie to the whole MPC stuff

hi, ive been producing for a while using FL studio and Reason 3, but i felt like buying an MPC to get that real hip hop sound...anyways. can someone give me a simple explanation of putting a song ive made from my MPC 2000XL to the PC so i can have it as an MP3 or Wav file. thankyou
