How do you set your pads/samples to only play while the pad iteself is being pushed, so that it doesnt play through the entire sample?

hold down shift and press 6 (program). i think theres a screen that says PARAMS, i think its F2. go to something.. uhh i forget the name right now lol. but it will say poly or mono... switch that to Note Off
