Hard drive option for mpc storage?

I've been looking an adapter that would allow me to hook up my external usb hard drive to the scsi of the MPC. Would the MPC recognize my hard drive and would it be able to save on it successfully? Here is the link to the adapter:

Just get a card reader (if you don't have one already). Solid state memory is so cheap, small, fast and simple that you needn't worry about hard drives for MPC samples anymore.
