Hey, what's up? I use my MPC 2000xl for digital hardcore type stuff, anyway the problem I have is when I put distortion on the drums as well as a sample or bass, they seem to cut each other out or blend in too much, even if I use different effects on each, is there anything that can be done about this or another way to distort and boost samples?

lower the effect send of each one and don't overdrive them. Try different stuff but not 100 percent on everything cause that would prolly sound bad.
