Swapping the Floppy out with a 250zip

Whats going on folks.. Im new to the site, thanks for having me..

I was wondering if any one here has attempted to swap out the P.O.S. floppy drive with a internal 250 zip? and if so, how difficult was it, and is it something that is better done by authorized dealer?
