Do they work??? because if so someone just basically gave you gold. If you have no musical experience then i would say you have a long long road to follow my friend.

Word I wish someone gave me mine for free. Do you have sounds for the MPC? if not you should look into getting some sounds on floppy. You should also go about getting an SCSI zip drive, by Iomega

How bout just selling me the asr-10 for the lo lo. If it was me, the first thing I would do is max the ram on both if it's not already.

the rams been maxed out on both. i got loads of sample disks for asr but mpc just the factory sounds. they both do similar things but i wanna use them both for there strengths together !

so hit me up on your ideas for making the most of them!

I would get two midi cables and connect one from midi out of asr to midi in mpc, the other from midi out of mpc to midi in of asr. That way you can trigger sounds from the mpc with the asr and vice versa. You can also use the mpc to sequence the asr as well. I would use the mpc mostly for drums and the asr for multisamples such as keys or bass. That's just me. Does the asr have scsi?

no it doesnt but im gonna try what you said sounds good the asr bein abit stupid , everytime i go to record sequence i get some stupid demo song with the click count cant get it off the mpc is crazy though!
