internal zip drives

i tried to put an internal zip 100 into my mpc2000xl, and realized that the plugs for the wide grey cord on the original drive (which is broken), were wider than the ones on the drive i was trying to install. i also had a zip 250, and it was the same case. im hurtin. i bought 2 zips and neither work!

Could it be that your broken zip drive was a scsi model ? (they also come in internal versions) The new ones you have need to be installed on the ide slot of the mpc. The tutorial explains how to do that.
