BTW the akai peeps got back to me and thought that it might have to do with the other harddisk being incompatible but he also mentioned that you van store max 512 items in one disk partition. Which was completely new info to me.

Anyway changed my Harddisk (quatum II 4.5 Gigabytes) and my avatar and now everything works fine (I guess it was the avatar's fault).
