Addonics card reader problem

hi
i have Addonics AEIDEDMD4B card reader, for 100% is compatible with mpc2000xl (few persons working on the same), but my mpc dont "see" card reader. i can't select device-ATAPI
my os 1.2, i check up on 1GB CF memory card and... nothing
anybody can help me??

if it doesn't see it i'd open it up and double check all your connections are tight. the first time i installed mine that's what happened so i had to go back and double check everything. hope that helps.

mne worked, i would do as dude said above, just go back and recheck al your connections. I am always scared one day that ill get some where and try and load up some shit and it will have internally unplugged it self. So far so good though. Good luck, it feels good when everyhing is working at the end of the day
