Mpc down Cursor isnt working?

my 2000xl down cursor isnt working,
any quick ways of fixing that?

I have a 2000xl and then down cursor isnt working at all.
I took the front plate off and cleaned the cursor and under it, and turned the mp on with the cursor cover off and pressed the buttons and still just the down one doesnt work.
What can i do to fix this fast?

i think if you just use the right cursor, it'll let you go downwards..

the contact switch that is underneath the button and that is soldered to the board, may need to be replaced.

my cursor didnt work on my 2k so i took off the cover and turned the cursor button upside down and it works now good luck or if that dont work go to mpcstuff.com and get a new contact

What up !
My MPC`s cursor had broke today. but i fixed it.
You need solder iron & absorb solder and new switchs !
That was easy ! But i dont recommend it. its better to send the technical service....
