2kxl usb drive question

does any one know if there are any like usb drives i can connect to my mpc or sumthing besides floppy. i save everything onto my zip drive. but to load the samples i use from my computer i have to put everything through floppy and its such a **** to do

I don't think anybody has been able to use a usb drive in an xl with a usb to ide connector or something...

Your best bet is a ATAPI/IDE card reader/writer...Do some research here cause there are numerous threads about this...
