any way to sample full clips from a floppy?

hey guys, i have a xl and my radio shack doesnt have any RCA to head phone cables in stock.

my question is: can i put a sample clip on a floppy and use that to sample for now?

in the sampling menu, it only lets me select analog from the input. maybe thats the only way?

Umm...no, you can not sample from a floppy, that's true. You would have to LOAD it into memory.

Why not order some cables from one of the million online music supplies?

You can get RCA to headphone cables just about anywhere, Target, Walmart, Walgreens.....probably the local dollar store has some.
