Disk Read Error

Every time I start up my MPC 2000 with the start up disk it alwys says Disk Read Error. It also won't let me star it up without it, is it the MPC or the disk. I have version 1.0

probably the disk. try making a new one.

same thing is happening to me. I was told that it was the disk drive.

Sounds like your disk is corrupted (bad). Also, try booting the MPC2000 with the latest and greatest version os 1.72 .
