midi groove from pc to mpc

if i produce a midi file with a groove template of my own in a sequencer program, would the mpc read it back same way it was written, also lets say it was a "complicated sequence", lots of swing and triplets, drum roles with diffent velocities, is this possible

yes......If it was done on the pc it will play on the mpc it will command your keyboards or rack units that are hooked to the mpc........I used to search for midi files when I first started with the mp and a keyboard to see how the midi and multi timbral thing worked out
