Blown Fuse? Or old fuse?

Hey,

So I opened up my 2KXL today to install an 8 out expansion, and noticed what I think is the fuse looks kinda funky inside....

I haven't noticed any problems with using the machine, but what I think is the fuse looks like its kind of melted or something?

Check out the pics below, its that yellow/white/orange/red thing in the middle, which the PSU looks like it feeds into. Do you think I should get this replaced? Like I said, haven't had any problems yet, but I'd like to prevent any before they could happen!!

thats not a fuse. its the transformer homie. it looks like that because its sealed with a varnish like material.

do MPCs have fuses? if so what are they rated and are they standard or some bespoke akai bizzle??
