Mixer menu in mpc

I was going through the manual and can't figure this out. My mixer view SHIFT + 7 doesn't seem to work properly.

I can see the tracks and try to move the volume up and down, even pan but it doesn't seem to change the actual audio. It's funny cause I went through every fader on MPC mixer menu and only got one thing to show action. Fader 9 worked for volume but took all drum tracks down together.
Is there a way to set this up or change settings?
Anybody else have this problem?

Linking the Individual Outputs/Output Levels

This allows you to link all the channels together and adjust the output level or output assignement
of all the channels at the same time.

Press ALL CH [F6] and select the output level or output assignment settings for the displayed bank.

You can switch between output level or output assignement with the CURSOR UP or DOWN keys.

When you rotate the DATA wheel, all the channels will change at the same time.

Press CLEAR [F6] again to cancel the link mode.

Setting the Volume or Pan Together

This allows you to adjust the volume or pan of all the channels of the
selected bank together at the same ration.

Press ALL CH[F6] and select all the volume or pan settings in the
displayed bank. The volume and pan can be switched with the CURSOR
UP or DOWN key.

The value of the channels displayed will change at the same ration by
rotating the DATA wheel.

Press ALL CH[F6] again to cancel all the selected channels.
