I have a question when I load some open hihat sample, every time in program in overlap section is note off Why i can change to mono or poly 
?

I think Hesh mean that is the sample set "loop on" on a trim mode? Because if it is, you can play that only "note off", set that loop off and you can change voice overlap to poly or mono

All of this is in the manual, pelase read the manual.
