Question For those that have replaced a pad sensor. Help!

For those of u that have replaced a pad sensor,,

How do you properly remove the old defected sensor from the metal plate?

Also, once removed from the plate is there gum from the old sensor still there, and need cleaning?

If so, what is the best solution for cleaning, and making a clean surface for installation?

PS: I have searched all over the forms, and nobody has mentioned the proper way for removal of the sensors, with proper preperation for applying a new sensor sheet.

Yes als very carefully, yes something like sticker remover (every household store has sh* like that) but again carefully!!

try rubbing alcohol on a cotton ball.

Will do.. Seems like theres not much mentioned on proper removal of the sensors, seeing as it is gets the most wear n tear.

Did you ever replace your sensor? was it easy? I need to replace mines.
