Looping your own drums question HELP!!

hello, i reading the 2000xl guide but cant find anywhere how i can loop my own drums??
i record a session of drums that sounds tight, but how do i get that recording in the trim screen?
i saved the sequence down, but i want to loop this, and dont know how. thankful for help! pz!!

i dont see why you would make a whole new sound of the sequence to trim up but if you want that you can resample the MPCs outs, but to loop it in the sequencer there is a loop option right on the main screen, move it to on with the jogwheel

yes i know that, if i load a drum loop from a zip or sample thats wav. i can cut it in the trim screen and loop it as i want.
but if i load kick,snare,hi-hats and play on my pads to record my own drums. and when i have recorded it is just in the sequence not wav. or something that i can save. i tried to save the sequence but then it was gone when i restarded my mpc. how do i save that i just played, to be wav, or just save only my own 4 bars of drums to THEN make a loop of it?

i think what your saying is when you take your one shot drums, and make a groove/sequence you want to see your different drums one after another as you played them in your trim screen. if that is correct you can not do this with an mpc alone. you can bounce your break to your computer, multi track or whatever you record on. and then re sample it back in to the mpc. then you will be able to have it viewable in wav. and trigger-able by one pad. hope it helped.

Yes, Exactly what i meant, alright then i just record it in to my computer and cut it in cool edit hehe, gonna test to do that, thanks for all the help! pz! / C.D.

You didn't save your sounds properly along with your sequence. Read that up in the manual.
