Im trying to transfer my beats to my computer using a zip drive but my computer cant read the audio file that it is saved on. ".all". does anyone know any other ways of transfering them.

See my answer to the other guy asking how to record his beats to computer. You are confusing the MPC sample data/ program files with a file you can open and play back on your computer and they are not the same thing.

the computer isnt going to read the file extensions associated with the mpc. id suggest you get some equipment so you can record your beats directly to the computer ie an interface and DAW if you want the actual music, but if u just want to save the "files" you can put them into a folder on the computer you just have to make sure that youre zip disk is formatted so the comp and mpc can read them then u can transfer back and forth, im away from the work station so i cant remember which format its supposed to be. just experiment with a blank disk but i think (think!) if u format it to FAT16 the comp and mpc will read the disk, im sure somebody will correct me if im wrong on the format.
