Bouncing tracks to different sequences

Lets say I have 5 seperate tracks in sequence 1 mode, and want to use those same tracks in sequence 2. Do I have to re-record them on sequence 2 or is there some way i can copy those events from 1 into sequence 2?

Highlight your sequence 1 on the main screen then press "open window" and copy the whole sequence...
or
Use the 2nd sequence mode with your sequence 2 (misc. and F3)
