Technical questions for the MPC2000xl and the MPC2000

Does any body have a scsi cd drive for the mpc 2000 if so is there a special kind u have to get or can u use any type.

do you have to use a external cd rom or can it be a internal one if it is internal wouldnt i need a case for it. also can i use a ide cd rom and just use a scsi to ide cable . sorry to jack this thread

You can get just a SCSI CDROM drive but you will need to mount it in a case in order to use it with your sampler. And your CDROM drive must be a SCSI drive - those IDE-to-SCSI cables do not work with samplers.
