getting OS to auto-load from flash rom

ive done a search but couldn't find what im looking for.
when i first got my mpc it had the OS on the flash rom along with some samples. today i formatted
the flash rom forgetting the OS was on there. i tried loading the OS from my comp onto a floppy
and then loading that into the mpc and saving it onto the flash rom, but it will only let me copy it to another floppy and it freezes if i try to change where its going to be saved.

When you try to change where you save the OS, make sure that you have a SCSI-drive connected. Then MPC doesn't freeze. This is kind of bug..
