Good pickup in Bay Area-Cheap 2000 w/ 8 outs

Sorry if this is inapporpriate. I just saw this when looking around on CL and thought this would be a great deal for somebody who wants 8 outs and could potentially still make there money back, or more. I am not the seller, i don't know the seller, etc.
