is it worth fixing?

ive had a 2000xl for 3 years and know it like the back of my hand . the slider was broken when i got it ,and ive never used it on another mp either or know anyone who has ,or anyone who makes beats at that. if yours broke would you deffinately get it fixed ? and other than the brief description ive read on what it does,can somebody tell me the best ways it could be used ? ive done fine without it so ive figured just keep doin what im doin but, i figured id ask www.myspace.com/lokeemuzikk

I would. the Note Variation slider goes good with the note repeat in Tunning or Attake.

the most important use for it would be moving the highlighted area of a sample a lot easier and faster than scrolling with the jog wheel.

other than that i cant think of anything that would be an absolute must to have it. i myself dont use it for anything other than the above mentioned. most of what it does can be done in other ways. but i know that theirs a few nice tricks you can use it for, just havent gotten around to learning.

i would fix it cuz i wouldnt want to wear out my jog wheel. but its i dont think its a big deal otherwise.

i'd just keep doin what i doin cuz truthfully. i dont use mine at all n i made sum hot ish over the years.
