Can you invert a waveform on the mpc2000>

Ive asked this question previously a few times but nobody seems to know any way to do this.. nobody answered me at least.
If it is somehow possible it could be a very useful function.. as i said in a thread previously it is possible to simulate realtime high-pass and band-pass filtering inside the mpc if this function was available.
I still had no answer for this if there is any trick to do it or not..
I thought if theres a way to invert samples phase during sampling, like sample the same sound two times with inverted phases, I think this is possible if you got a amplifier with invert phase switch, anyhow i dunno how to do it, hope this helps anyway.
