mpc-sounds help

I recently purchased sounds from mpc-sounds. I have a problem getting the sounds to work properly. Ok to start, I am using a cf card as my storage. I am able to load the .pgm files correctly however when I save my selected pgms within a aps file. It doesn't find all of the files when I try to load them. I thought maybe it was a card error so I reformated the card on my mpc2000xl and still had the same results. So to try another test I tried files that I used before buying the sound kit. Loaded them saved the aps file and I was able to load all of the sounds from the aps. Does anyone have an idea as to why this is happening. Any suggestions are welcome. I tried mpc-sound support, they were helpful but a solution wasn't discovered so they recommended I try the forums.



Also I tried loading the files individually from the purchased sound kit and also had the same problem.
