went over to my friend's house and under a lot of dust and wires saw there was a 2000 classic. turned it on -
I have a 3000 so i'm not sure about a few things...
1. i could get to the fx screen and turn things on and off but nothing happend... can't remember if i turned the mixer channels to the E setting. But anyways - because I could get to the fx screen, does that mean the eb16 is installed???
2. sampled something and went into znEdit - extracted a new sample. the 2nd time, i opened the original sample (not the sample i had just extracted) and found a new section i wanted to extract but when i tried to create a new sample it said the file already existed (even though i definitely created a different file name). He's got an old OS i think... is that a bug??? Or if i installed a new OS it would fix it right? that's not a sign something's fkd right?
sorry if these questions are basic- i just don't know! help me out please!
