Trouble With MPC2000XL

Hey i am new to the site and was hoping for a little help real quick. i bought an MPC2000xl and just got it out and i cannot switch to pad banks 3 or 4. when i turn on the MPC the lights come on so i know the green lights work above it but i can't switch i can switch between banks 1 and 2 at will. have i some how disabled pad banks 3 and 4 or do you think it is a matter of something internal.

Do you mean Banks C and D are not working? There is no way to disable them, so I would guess there is a problem with the actual machine

yeah banks C and D aren't accessable. no matter what i do it will switch between A and B but won't go to C or D

If you're hittin pad bank and it's not goin' to those banks,somethin' is definitely wrong.
