nah, I didn't mean it as anything insulting lol.. but you see your pic where it shows the back corner? the area where the fold is you can see the texture of the material and it made me think of those kinda pants. that is why I mentioned pleather earlier... haha.

I think the idea could go somewhere, but it needs some work. the color is a bit flashy, and the grey makes it look kind of dull. If the top of the material was flush to the front plate it would look better and if the colours were dope then maybe it would help.

fact is, that material is not unatural in the mpc world... look at the 60 and 3000 arm rest...

Vinyl is a nice material for customization but doesnt do detail well. It just doesnt look clean. And unless you press out all the openings (like a stamp) instead of cutting, the edges will always look rough. Vinyl (especially marine vinyl) is fairly flexible but again the details dont really look well

i use marine vinyl...and its appears brighter in the picture, its really a couple shades darker. i wanted black or blue but it was sold out...a stamp for hole punching would be nice...

man that MPC has been mummyfied,plain ugly

get rid of the vinyl

i say thats a great idea however if youre going to show us your pic we're gonna give an opinon... also the color doesnt help..yeah just looks like gay red pleather. haha no offense. i guess you can look at this skin like an amp skin. isnt it vinyl wrapped around most amps? you guys know what material im talking about. the crap that is around almost ALL marshall amps... i mean ill be honest those pics arent that great, but if you keep at what you're doing and get all those corners clean i think you'd have a perrty nifty lookin mpc.
