Technical questions for the MPC2000xl and the MPC2000

yeah, I got the 8 outs and that is what I am using now. I use the Left main-out for metronome.
I wanted to bypass D/A and A/D(into sp-808) conversion but mabye there is no recognizable difference in sound quality. I assume my music could/would sound just as good or better by running individual outs into my mixer, eq-ing, panning and summing to stereo. Just wanting to bypass D/A & another A/D conversion. Also I would like my MPC to be in top working order.

I had a no audio problem on 2000xl , I downloaded schematics and found there is a resistor next to power / scsi connectors. its big and stands on its legs from the motherboard if I remember this was for the main out op-amps, check it with a multimeter if it has no value like mine did or wrong value then it needs replacing, use the same value as this resistor provides the power to the main op-amps.

or else its the pot I would guess.
