Technical questions for the MPC2000xl and the MPC2000

One of the diferences between the original MPC2000 and the XL is that the XL has built in flash ROM.
It can still take an optional module but they added a section of flash ROM to it to store the O.S.

So Hydro the falsh ROM you need for storing the O.S. is built in to the XL, it the area where the O.S. is stored/updated.

The other module is for sound storage and is optional.

thanks ADVERSARY, good to here. I dont know why it wouldnt have something for saving the os considering it was made in 97'.

I just got it! seems tight, with the internal flash rom can I also save setting? I put the master level up to 12db but when I turn it off it goes back to 0db, I dont want to have to do this everytime I turn it on.
