yo Bang, how many in's do you have on your audio interface (soundcard) and do you have the 8 outs for your XL? if your audio interface has at least 9 or 10 in's then you can run your triton's audio and the mpc's audio through there, eliminating the mixer. then when you're ready to track into cubase, your triton is already hooked up and will record by the mpc triggering the midi notes. that will also mean you don't have to solo each track from the mpc.

Sparq: Yea this set up I have is temporary, I would love to eliminate the mixer if I had the right sound card, but unfortunately I'm workin wit a delta sound card that only has rca ports and midi in midi out ports ....in addition to that I have a usb midi-uno from m-audio so I have an extra midi in/out port that i can run into the computer. I haven't sold enough beats yet to have the setup i'm lookin for, but when I do, I got my mind set on that Fireface 800 .,.,.,I do have the 8 outs on my mpc, but haven't got the pleasure to use it yet, cause I don't have a mixin board wit that many channels.,.,workin wit a Lil 4 trak, but it does the job for now....I hear what ya sayin tho, but until I sell some beats, I don't get the luxury of doin that
