CF Card Problem

i really can't explain why the sd card works with the mpc, because i haven't installed my card reader by myself. but somehow it works.

but i still haven't solved the problem with the cf card. i'm goin to buy a 1GB CF card and see what will happen. i'll tell u when it works.

allright, today is a good and a bad day.

the good thing: i've bought me a 1GB CF card and guess what. it works so u guys were right with the 2GB card and the OS and so... my OS really can't read 2GB cards. i'm so glad that it finally works again. i can eventuelly can load some **** beats onto the machine!!!

the bad thing : i went to an informatic shop where i told them the problem with my SD Card. i could'n read the card anymore. on my pc and my mpc. on the card were all my files and beats that i was working on. they told me card is broken. no chance to fix it i made a back up one time but that was long ago. so a lot of my beats are gone now. that's **** up.

anyway, i'm happy that it works again and i can put some other fine tunes together, although the other beats are gone. i'll make some better ones

well im glad you went thru the trial and error because i wen and bought a 2 gb card and yup tried to format
