The website will be up on monday or tuesday, and i was thinking this.
Every month i will put up a poll with the list of all the mpc-s, and whatever mpc wins the poll i will do next.
what do you think about that?

Good thinking. Its worth a shot!

Looking super dope! Seriously. Other "pimp MPC options" has not impressed me too much yet. Am kind of keen on getting something different than my Special Edition XL in the future.

I especially liked the "silver grey" one. If it's the raw metal, then there is no paint to chip off = everlasting look! :)

Hmm, the "black" look a bit too glossy as I can see finger prints?

Maybe coupled with the wood end panels for a freaked out 2000XL? Downside about the wood sides is I'm loosing valuable space on my desk, so I think it's out of the question. But a brand new custom case is extremely tempting. Looking forward to the web page is up!

Peace

hey do you know how to do that metal colouring like some metal artists do? they heat the metal and cool it at different speeds and temperatures to create various effects such as oil slick looking fades and stuff... maybe that might look neat too.

Is there any way to make it like my turntable cases Image

that diamond heavy duty toolbox style on the faceplate

would be like the toughest looking mpc on the road the case built into the machine

I believe they call it oxidation... I know it can be done on steel, copper, etc...

I cant find a pic of what I meant from google... but here is a pic of something I saw that sort of has the look..

You see that oil slick kinda look? anyways on real metal that is done by heating the metal and cooling it down too fast etc.. the only issue is if you do it with a type of steel you will have to clear coat it or else the metal will oxidize more and wind up with spots... with copper I believe it doesn't do that.

Dude! This is killer.

I'm WAY interested in this for the 2kxl's and the 4k I have.

Bulk discounts :)

This is BY FAR THE BEST MOD/AFTERMARKET PART available to date. Well done!

For the brushed look, call your local machining shops and find one with a 'time saver'

It is very cheap to have flat metalwork brushed with a time saver and it looks dope.
