Zip Drive question.

Correct me if I am wrong but as I understand, Zip 100 drives only read 100mb discs while the Zip 250 drives read both 100mb AND 250mb discs right?

Damn, thanks for the quick response! But at this time, I have to buy a USB Zip drive for my PC so that I can load samples into my zip disks. I want a card reader but I can't afford it right now . I have a 2500 but really want to start using my xl a little too.

Only the zip 250 can handle 250MB disks. The zip 100 can neither read nor write them. Also, using 100MB disks in a zip 250 is very slow, due to the difference in formatting.
