loading my cds from my cd rom (scsi-4) problem?

nothings wrong with the cd where my sounds are on, but i hir shift load to load up my cd rom, to make some beats.. it says "no scsi device", or sometimes, itll load up, then after about 15 minutes of making beats, itll disconect again somehow an say "no scsi device", has anyone came across this problem?

Have you tried a different SCSI cable?

the cable seems good, everything seems good? i dunno, ima just try to see what the problem is, thanks.

BLown SCSI fuse maybe? Did you plug the SCSi cable in the MPC when it was was already on? Tsk, tsk if you did.
