think thers bit of a language barrier problem here........you had 10mb before? but the quality was poor.......of what the sound?
so far i got two ideas of whats going on but since you didnt answer what i askd ya before i cant tell you if either are right
1. the ram you have installed works fine and your reading the 10 to be the 10second of sample time that it is set to. (if you move the cursor over this '10' and then rotate the jog wheel it will extend the time you can sample for with 32mb)
2. you have bought some bad ram/different sized ram than you thought and that is why you are not getting 32mb
to find out how much ram you got:
SHIFT sample (4)
OPEN WINDOW '
......the sound memory window will appear regardless of the cursor position...........'
the screen will then tell you how many megabytes you have installed.....
