MPC 2000xl transfer question (Disks to Media Card)

So i am sure this inst a "new topic" but i just recently picked up a 2000xl se with all the bells and whistles... mainly for the card reader! and am in the process fo selling my reg 2000xl...
so how can i get all my sounds from my plethora of disks to the card reader with ease? any help is VERY NEEDED! i have way to much drum breaks and chops to just start over... peace

Get Translator Free (http://www.chickensys.com). You will need a floppy in your PC (not an external USB floppy) and a USB card reader but TF will make the process of moving the files to CF card fairly easy (or at least doable).

thats my fault i didnt really have time to look for it i was at work... but thanks anyway man and i love my scsl harddrive for my 60II

I maybe wrong, but I do believe I've seen an external SCSI floppy drive before. Try doing a search for one..it may show up somewhere.

ok so i have found the external floppy drive via USB and the scsi card reader... now can i just use the 2 for the swap? i may just end up sticking with my floppy and copping the scsi reader... although i was going to trade my 2000xl with the floppy for a mac digi set up...
