Can't get mixer output 1,2,3 etc., just 1/2, 2/3 etc.

Anyone know how? The manual says I should be able to. 2000xl.

got no idea i have never had that problem.

the only thing i have noticed is that if u load a mono sound into the mpc you are only given the option to send it out as a single digit ( eg - 1,2,3,4) but no 1/2, 3/4 etc

opposite problem: only 1/2, 3/4 etc. not 1, 2, 3. Could it be that I only have one output hooked up to the mixer? That shouldn't have anything to do with it.

The numbers one through eight correspond to each individual out jack on the rear panel. When the sound is in stereo, it is possible to select two digit numbers such as 1/2 or 3/4

Let me repeat the manual When the sound is in stereo, it is possible to select two digit numbers. Trust me I read the manual. Page 131, look for yourself.

the samples must be stereo, if you're convinced they're mono, you might be running them through eb16 which makes a sample stereo.

No they are stereo and you're right when they're mono it gives me 1, 2, 3. I was just confused because the manual says you have either option. Check it out its pretty clear- page 131
