saving big samples on more than 1 floppy

i want to save my songs (all songs & programs, all sounds) i cut my sample into 16 peices and the file is waaay to large to save on 1 floppy. my question is how do i save on more than 1? do i just do it regularly til it says 'file is too large' then enter my next floppy and save the rest on that one?? help please...

planning on copping a CF card reader or Zip drive soon, but for now i need this question answered

it automatically tells you to put another formatted disk in when you save and the files are too large.

it'll finish saving on the next disk.

You need to come up with ways to make your samples smaller. This usually means recording them as fast as possible and slowing them down with the MPC among other tricks.
