Need help recording into audacity

I am trying to record some beats into audacity, but I want to record each track separately. Can I use midi to get each track to start @ the same time so that the timing on my tracks will not be off. these are my gears:

Roland XV-3080
MPC 2000XL
Mackie 1604 VLZ PRO
MOTU 828mkII

I have everything connected to the mixer and aux send 1 & 2 going to the input of the 828mkII. I hope this all makes sense and someone can help.
