Has anyone found a hard shell case for a 2kxl, that allows you to raise the MPC when you open the case to get to the disk drive area / power / audio ins/outs/etc? I don't want to have to take it out and hook up everything each time I want to make a beat ... but I also don't want it to be succeptable to damage when im not using it, like falling beer bottles or other liquids getting on it, or cats jumping up and scratching the piss out of the pads. Of course it will be handy for toting around to gigs too 
Right now, I just have this modified keyboard nylon cover protecting it, but that won't help against physical damage.
Also, wouldnt keeping it in the case while using it be bad for heat? I'm not sure where the exhaust comes from, but it may not be a good idea to keep it in the case while using for prolonged periods of time
