Partition CF Cards with MPC2000 classic

i ve got an mpcstuff.com cf card reader for my classic. everything works fine. the 1 gig card is formatted in 2 partitions. i wonder if it works well with cards formatted up to 15 partitions. this would be an easier way to archive samples. any experiences with that?
