Data Wheel - Faster joggin'

Hi,

Is there any way to increase the Data wheel step resolution?
I mean jump 10 or 100 steps instead of 1..

I saw this clip, so somehow it's available (check how fast the dude moves the start/end points..)

Indeed or you could also hold shift and move the note variation slider and next time read the manual...

yeah note variation is fastest i think... or easiest for longer samples....

but you will get the hang of spinning the wheel, there is a speed that it moves the quickest, and it slows down a bit when you go faster.

I tried the note variation slider trick on a friends 2000 classic and it wouldn't work (maybe his slider is broken?, or does this feature only work on 2000 XL's?). I couldn't get st & end points to move faster than 1 at a time regardless of how fast or steady I spun the data wheel. I ended up guesstimating and entering numbers manually. Ill try the shift curser arrows trick.

EDIT:

My buddy found a way around this by turning the outer data wheel to the left while on the st & end points. Works pretty good.
