Mpc 2000xl 1.2 os upgrade helpp!!!!!

ay guys i jus got the mcd kit for my mpc 2000xl. I have version 1.14 rite now and i need version 1.20 for the mcd, I Have a floppy drive but no floppy i didnt need one becuz i was gettting the mcd kit. I put the version 1.2 on a cd-r disk and put it into my cd rom i have connected to my mpc when i goto load it all i see is question marks???? ANy ideas???

1.14 might be good for the mcd kit.

I had 1.12 so I upgraded to 1.20.

I bought a pack of 10 floppies for 6 dollars at office depot.
